ІНДИКАТОРИ ФІНАНСОВОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ЯК КОМПОНЕНТИ МОНІТОРИНГУ УЧАСНИКІВ ФІНАНСОВОГО РИНКУ

Анотація

Метою статті є визначення індикаторів фінансової безпеки для використання їх як компонент моніторингу у господарській діяльності учасників фінансового ринку. Об'єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення фінансової безпеки учасників фінансового ринку при їх функціонуванні в умовах впливу дестабілізуючих факторів. Предметом дослідження виступає інструментарій фінансової безпеки учасників фінансового ринку. Складено ER-діаграму моніторингу фінансової безпеки учасників фінансового ринку, визначені основні завдання моніторингу фінансової безпеки у сфері стратегічного та оперативно-тактичного управління. За даними досліджень показників фінансового стану учасника фінансового ринку і показників стану його системи фінансової безпеки визначено попередній перелік індикаторів фінансової безпеки. Складено перелік найбільш типових правил і процедур моніторингу фінансової безпеки учасника фінансового ринку.

FINANCIAL SAFETY INDICATORS AS COMPONENTS OF FINANCIAL MARKET PARTICIPANTS' MONITORING

Summary

The purpose of the article is to identify financial security indicators for their use as a monitoring component in the financial activities of participants in the financial market. The object of the study is the process of ensuring the financial safety of financial market participants in their operation under the influence of destabilizing factors. The subject of the study is the instrument of financial security of financial market participants. The ER-chart of financial security monitoring of participants of the financial market is made, the main tasks of monitoring financial security in the field of strategic and operational-tactical management are defined. According to researches of indicators of the financial status of a participant in the financial market and indicators of the state of its financial security system, a preliminary list of financial security indicators has been identified. A list of the most common rules and procedures for monitoring the financial security of a participant in the financial market is compiled.
