МЕРЕЖЕВІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ СУСПІЛЬНОГО РОЗВИТКУ: ФІЛОСОФСЬКІ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ

Анотація

У статті вирішено актуальне наукове завдання, яке полягає в дослідженні філософських концепцій розвитку мережевих технології у сучасних умовах становлення інформаційного суспільства в Україні. Із бурхливим розвитком епохи інформаційної революції, потребує глибокого дослідження становлення нового типу суспільства — інформаційного, що розглядається з позиції соціального явища і процесу. Проведений аналіз теоретичних засад функціонування мереж та досліджений їх філософський апарат, зокрема проаналізоване філософське осмислення поняття "мережева технологія", її особливостей, причин та умов розповсюдження в світі загалом та в державі, зокрема в системі електронного урядування. Окреслено філософські проблеми формування держави нового типу — інформаційного, що розглядається в статті, як явище глобалізаційних процесів соціально-економічного розвитку. Доведено, що сучасна філософія активно досліджує мережевий підхід як технологію і новий погляд на соціальну реальність.

NETWORKING TECHNOLOGIES IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHICAL CONCEPTS

Summary

The article solves the actual scientific task, which is to study the philosophical concepts of the development of network technology in the current conditions of the formation of the information society in Ukraine. With the rapid development of the era of information revolution, requires a profound study of the formation of a new type of society — information, considered from the standpoint of social phenomenon and process. Modern Ukraine, which, despite its economic and political complexities, is actively involved in the global information space, developing and mastering the latest telecommunication technologies, solving the problems of freedom in the field of information dissemination, forming a legal framework regulating information activities, etc. In our opinion, this process can not, but be accompanied, and sometimes overlooked, by the affirmation of the philosophical outlook, in this connection it is especially important to develop a clear idea of the nature of interdependence between the technological and ideological components of the reality of the information society, which forms network technologies. An analysis of the theoretical foundations of the functioning of networks and the research of their philosophical apparatus have been carried out, in particular, the philosophical comprehension of the concept "network technology", its features, causes and conditions of distribution in the world in general and in the state, in particular in the system of e-government, is analyzed. The philosophical problems of formation of a state of a new type — informational, considered in the article, as a phenomenon of globalization processes of social and economic development are outlined. It is proved that contemporary philosophy actively explores the network approach, as technology and a new look at social reality. This problem is one of the promising research areas, since it offers both new ways of researching the public space, as well as new, more effective technologies for the development and implementation of state policy in the conditions of changing the role of the state, the complexity and resource strengthening of the positions of social players.
