МЕХАНІЗМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ НАУКОВОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ ЗІ СПЕЦІФІЧНИМИ УМОВАМИ НАВЧАННЯ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано ситуацію, яка склалася в державі у зв'язку з формуванням сучасних напрямів розвитку наукової діяльності у закладах вищої освіти зі спеціфічними умовами навчання. Модернізація системи вищої освіти і підвищення ефективності інтеграційних процесів в науково-освітньому комплексі України вимагають особливої уваги до проблем науки вищої школи. Сектор науки закладів вищої освіти покликаний забезпечити взаємозв'язок фундаментальної освіти з можливостями гнучкого реагування на потреби фінансування актуальних для країни наукових напрямів, зацікавлювати майбутніх фахівців у науковій діяльності та підвищенні своєї професійної підготовки у закладах вищої освіти.
Розглянуто сучасні напрями розвитку наукової діяльності та виявлено шляхи подальшого удосконалення наукових шкіл та тематики досліджень. Окреслено шляхи наукових розвідок та стимулювання для впровадженням новітніх науково-технических рішень і наукомістких галузей економіки. Визначено, що наука в закладах вищої освіти України має багатогранне значення. Тут відмітимо тільки найбільш важливі аспекти, з яких складається цінність науки ЗВО.
Економічний аспект науки вищих навчальних закладів проявляється в тому, що вона: передусім, є необхідною умовою науково-технічного прогреса, передумовою розвитку сучасних наукомістких виробництв і передових технологій.

MECHANISMS OF SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES FORMATION IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITH THE SPECIFIC LEARNING CONDITIONS
Summary
The situation in the state connected with the formation of the contemporary directions of the scientific activity development in higher educational institutions with the specific learning conditions has been analysed in the article. Modernisation of the higher educational system and increasing the efficiency of integration processes in the scientific and educational spheres of Ukraine require special attention to the problems of higher educational science. The science sector of the higher educational institutions is aimed at ensuring the connection of fundamental education with the ability to respond flexibly to funding needs in the country's current scientific areas, to interest future professionals in scientific activities and to enhance their professional training in higher educational institutions.
The contemporary directions of the scientific activity development have been considered, the ways of further improvement of the scientific schools and research directions have been revealed. The ways of scientific research and stimulation for introduction of the newest scientific and technical decisions and high-tech industries have been outlined. It has been determined that science in higher educational institutions of Ukraine has many-sided significance. Only the most important aspects that make up the value of the science of higher education will be noted here.
The economic aspect of the higher education science is manifested through the fact that it is a necessary condition for scientific and technological progress, a prerequisite for the development of modern high-tech industries and advanced technologies.
New problems arose in the organization of education and science, requiring deep understanding and the right practical solution in terms of linking them with new trends in the development of public administration and a regulated market economy. The processes of updating knowledge, science, technology and production have become unusually dynamic, and therefore, the principle of teaching a person once and for all is a thing of the past. Favorable conditions have emerged for democratization and differentiation of education for a wide combination of free and paid services in the field of education.
