МІСЦЕ УКРАЇНИ У ВИРОБНИЦТВІ ТА РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ РОСЛИННОЇ СИРОВИНИ ДЛЯ БІОЛОГІЧНО ЦІННИХ ХАРЧОВИХ ПРОДУКТІВ СЕРЕД КРАЇН СВІТУ
Анотація
Бренд сучасного суспільства — це здорова їжа, провідну роль в якій відіграє споживання цінної їжі з точки зору фруктових та ягідних культур, більшість з яких сьогодні належать до рангу менш розповсюджених ніш. У сучасних реаліях через погіршення стану екологічної ситуації, напруженості емоційного та стресового стану під дією всесвітньої пандемії COVID-19, незбалансованого харчування, спостерігається значне зростання загальної захворюваності населення. Тому пошук шляхів поліпшення здоров'я людини, в тому числі, пов'язаних з поліпшенням харчування — актуальне завдання сучасного рослинництва в рамках національної безпеки. Метою статті став аналіз сучасного стану та місця України у виробництві та реалізації рослинної сировини для біологічно цінних харчових продуктів серед країн світу. Розглянуто виробництво основних сільськогосподарських культур у країнах Європейського союзу, Китаї, Японії, США та Україні. Потенційні можливості економічного розвитку країни також великою мірою залежать від її ресурсного потенціалу — природних багатств, виробничих потужностей, кваліфікованого персоналу тощо. Але найважливішою складовою цього потенціалу є ефективність діяльності та прибутковість сільськогосподарських товаровиробників. У статті розглянуто динаміку сільськогосподарських товаровиробників України, які одержали прибуток. Виділено деякі важливі фактори доцільності виробництва та реалізації рослинної сировини для біологічно цінних харчових продуктів.
На виробничі рішення виробників рослинної сировини біологічно цінних харчових продуктів також впливають ринкові ризики, пов'язані з невизначеністю щодо майбутніх цін на вхідні ресурси та продукти виробництва, надійність джерел вхідних ресурсів. Тому хоча ринкові ризики по суті є екзогенними, сільськогосподарські товаровиробники можуть впливати на мінливість врожайності та розподіл прибутку за вибором вхідних даних або комбінації вхідних ресурсів. Загалом виробничі ризики мають величезний вплив на сільське господарство особливо, структура виробництва та поведінка постачальників. Іншу форму ризику, який не знаходиться під контролем підприємств, може спричинити мінливий клімат. Однак цей ризик можна звести до мінімуму шляхом прийняття стратегії адаптації, доступної сільськогосподарському товаровиробнику.

PLACE OF UKRAINE IN THE PRODUCTION AND SALE OF PLANT RAW MATERIALS FOR BIOLOGICALLY VALUABLE FOOD PRODUCTS AMONG COUNTRIES
Summary
The brand of modern society is healthy food, in which the consumption of valuable food plays a leading role. In the countries of the world, as well as in Ukraine, in recent decades due to the deterioration of the environmental situation, emotional and stress, unbalanced diet, there has been a significant increase in overall morbidity. Therefore, the search for ways to improve human health, including those related to improving nutrition — an urgent task of modern crop production within national security.
The aim of the article was to analyze the current state and place of Ukraine in the production and sale of plant raw materials for biologically valuable food products among the countries of the world. The production of the main crops in the countries of the European Union, China, Japan, the USA and Ukraine is considered. Potential opportunities for economic development of the country also largely depend on its resource potential — natural resources, production capacity, qualified personnel and so on. But the most important component of this potential is the efficiency and profitability of agricultural producers. The article considers the dynamics of agricultural producers of Ukraine who made a profit. Some important factors of expediency of production and realization of vegetable raw materials for biologically valuable foodstuff are allocated.
Production decisions of producers of plant raw materials of biologically valuable food products are also affected by market risks associated with uncertainty about future prices for input resources and products, the reliability of sources of input resources. Therefore, although market risks are essentially exogenous, agricultural producers can influence yield variability and profit distribution by the choice of inputs or combinations of inputs. In general, production risks have a huge impact on agriculture in particular, the structure of production and the behavior of suppliers. Another form of risk that is not under the control of enterprises can be caused by a changing climate. However, this risk can be minimized by adopting an adaptation strategy available to the agricultural producer.
