AВТOМOБIЛЬНИЙ ЛІЗИНГ В УКРАЇНІ: ДOЦIЛЬНICТЬ ВИКOРИCТAННЯ ДЛЯ МАЛИХ АВТОТРАНСПОРТНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ (ТАКСОПАРКІВ)
Анотація
Статтю присвячено обгрунтуванню доцільності використання наявних лізингових умов у автотранспортній сфері для малих та середніх українських підприємств. Актуальність статті визначено необхідністю постійного розширення діяльності малих транспортних підприємств та використанням автомобільного лізингу як альтернативного інструменту масштабування, який наразі не є таким популярним на території України в порівнянні з багатьма розвиненими країнами. У процесі дослідження було вивчено сучасні праці вітчизняних та зарубіжних авторів, а також експертів у сфері лізингу автотранспортних засобів в Україні. Досліджено той факт, що автомобільний лізинг є одним з найпопулярніших видів лізингових відносин та кількість лізингодавців в Україні постійно збільшується. Проаналізовано наявні лізингові пропозиції серед лідерів-лізингодавців у сфері транспортного лізингу за часткою ринку у 2019 році. Розроблено авторський маркетинговий інструмент оцінки наявних лізингових пропозицій та ефективності їх впровадження у діяльність підприємства. Описано механізм впровадження запропонованої системи на прикладі показників діяльності таксопарку Avers у місті Києві.

CAR LEASING IN UKRAINE: EXPEDIENCY OF USE FOR SMALL AUTO ENTERPRISES (TAXI FLEETS)
Summary
The article is devoted to substantiation of expediency of use of available leasing conditions in the auto transport sphere for small and average Ukrainian enterprises. The relevance of the article is determined by the need to constantly expand the activities of small transport companies and the use of car leasing as an alternative scaling tool, which is currently not so popular in Ukraine compared to many developed countries. In the course of the research, the modern works of domestic and foreign authors, as well as experts in the field of vehicle leasing in Ukraine were studied. The fact that car leasing is one of the most popular types of leasing relations and the number of lessors in Ukraine is constantly increasing. The available leasing offers among the leaders-lessors in the field of transport leasing by market share in 2019 are analyzed. The author's marketing tool of an estimation of available leasing offers and efficiency of their introduction in activity of the enterprise is developed. The mechanism of implementation of the offered system on an example of indicators of activity of Avers taxi fleet is described.
As a result of the article research, current state of car leasing in Ukraine and substantiation of the system of indicators for assessing the feasibility of using the existing leasing conditions for small and medium-sized Ukrainian trucking companies, the following is established. Firstly, car leasing is one of the most popular types of leasing relations, the number of lessors in Ukraine is constantly increasing, but the number of new leasing contacts shows a decline with a slight intensification of leasing operations in recent years. Secondly, leaders-lessors in the field of transport leasing in terms of market share and the number of signed new contracts in 2019 are OTP Leasing, ULF Finance, Avis Leasing and Autocredit Plus according to the Association of Lessors of Ukraine [6]. Thirdly, the available leasing proposals are quite different in the main factors of the leasing contract. Finally, in order to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the leasing offer for the taxi fleet should use the appropriate developed marketing tool, which provides for the use of a certain algorithm system of indicators.
