ПОЛІТИЧНІ ПАРТІЇ ТА ЇХНЯ РОЛЬ У ДЕРЖАВОТВОРЧИХ І СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСАХ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто та дано філософсько-економічний аналіз і оцінку історії створення політичних партій, розуміння їхньої сутності та ролі у суспільній трансформації, державотворчих та соціально-економічних процесах в Україні. Обгрунтовано роль громадянського суспільства в формуванні політичних партій. Проаналізовано періоди та динаміку створення політичних партій і встановлено відсутність в Україні кінцевого нормативно правового акту, який регулював би підходи до оцінки діяльності політичних партій. Доведено, що окремі політичні партії і їхні осередки, серед яких є і провладні, стали на шлях політичної корупції та політичного бізнесу. Акцентовано на брак толерантності і співробітництва з іншими політичними силами і соціумом, використання політичної й державної влади в суто популістських та власних інтересах, що призводить до втрати довіри до них та розшарування суспільства.

POLITIKAL PARTIES AND THEIR ROLE IN THE STATE— BUILDING AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROCESSES IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article considers and gives a philosophical and economic analysis and assessment of the history of political parties, understanding of their essence and role in social transformation, state-building and socio-economic processes in Ukraine. The role of civil society in the formation of political parties is substantiated. The periods and dynamics of creation of political parties are analyzed and the absence of a final normative legal act in Ukraine, which would regulate the approaches to the evaluation of the activity of political parties, is established. It has been proven that certain political parties and their branches, including the pro-government ones, have embarked on the path of political corruption and political business. Emphasis is placed on the lack of tolerance and cooperation with other political forces and society, the use of political and state power in purely populist and self-interest, which leads to a loss of confidence in them and the stratification of society.
The relevance of the article is due not only to the problems of the transitional stage of Ukraine's development, but also to the need to significantly increase the role of politics and political parties in the life of Ukrainian society, which seeks to achieve harmony between it and the government. The question of the place and role of the state in modern society is archivally important, because it is a subject of government that ensures the organization and functioning of the entire socio-economic system. Ukraine's permanent presence in the difficult socio-political and economic situation in which it is almost all the years of its independence, the complications caused by economic crises and Russia's aggression, makes us think about the factors that prevent all its citizens from living comfortably and take its rightful place in European and world community.
In a state where both political and economic systems have changed, an ideological vacuum has emerged, basic and socio-political values are being reconsidered, problems of social transformation are exacerbated, new mechanisms of socialization of the individual as a citizen are emerging, another — in the context of multiculturalism, globalization and the information revolution, which requires new approaches to the formation of public policy, the search for a mechanism for reforming the activities of public authorities.
