ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОСТІНДУСТРІАЛЬНОГО СУСПІЛЬСТВА НА ОСНОВІ ЕВОЛЮЦІЙНОГО АНАЛІЗУ ТЕОРІЙ ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОГО ДЕТЕРМІНІЗМУ
Анотація
Виокремлено окремі теоретичні напрями, що недостатньо досліджено. Метою поданої статті є визначення постіндустріального суспільства на основі еволюційного аналізу теорій технологічного детермінізму та індустріального суспільства.
Проаналізовано внесок А. Сен-Сімона як науковця, що визначив пріоритети індустріалізації. Окремі положення його світоглядної концепції дозволяють ідентифікувати його як науковця, який зробив внесок у теорію економічного розвитку, був прибічником і представником технологічного детермінізму, відстоював необхідність індустріалізації.
Визначено, що постіндустріальне суспільство — нова форма організації соціуму, яка формується на основі запровадження нових постіндустріальних форм економіки, де сфера послуг домінує над сферою матеріального виробництва, інформація та знання стають основними факторами економічного зростання, творчість стає універсальною робочою діяльністю.

DEFINITION OF POST-INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY ON THE BASIS OF EVOLUTIONARY ANALYSIS OF THEORIES OF TECHNOLOGICAL DETERMINISM
Summary
Based on the great achievements of scientists, it is necessary to single out some theoretical areas that, in our opinion, are still insufficiently studied. The purpose of this article is to define a post-industrial society based on the development of theories of technological determinism and industrial society.
It is determined that the formation of a modern system of research in the post-industrial economy must begin with the first attempts to analyze the formation of the industrial economy.
The development of theories of post-industrial society in the context of this area of economics should begin with an analysis of such a methodology as technological determinism.
It is determined that the modern economic literature on business practice displaces the concept of "post-industrial" economy, including more specialized categories: "knowledge economy", the main direction of which is "knowledge management"; "Service economy" in its definition emphasizes the change in the result of work in post-industrial society — most are not material products, but services; "Innovation economy", "innovation management" in which the innovative character of an intangible product is manifested, followed by innovative material products; "Information economy" — information is the main commodity.
The contribution of A. Saint-Simon as a scientist who determined the priorities of industrialization is analyzed. Some provisions of his worldview allow us to identify him as a scientist who contributed to the theory of economic development, was a supporter and representative of technological determinism, advocated the need for industrialization.
Industrial society or industrial society — a society formed in the process and as a result of industrialization, development of machine production. It is determined that post-industrial society is a new form of organization of society, which is formed on the basis of new post-industrial forms of economy where the sphere of services dominates the sphere of material production, information and knowledge become the main factors of economic growth, creativity becomes universal work.
