У статті досліджено теоретичні основи становлення та розвитку фінансового ринку, визначено місце та роль фінансового ринку як складової фінансової системи країни в умовах формування ринкових засад економіки, досліджено вплив фінансового ринку на стимулювання економічного зростання країни.

THEORETICAL DETERMINATION OF THE NATURE AND STRUCTURE OF THE FINANCIAL MARKET

Summary

The article explores the theoretical basis of the formation and development of a financial market, defines the role of the financial market as a component of the financial system in the emerging market economy, and searches the influence of financial markets to stimulate economic growth. The author defines the financial market as a market that mediates the distribution of funds among economic agents. By means of the financial market the financial resources are mobilized and allocated by agents of economic relations that need them. Mainly financial market provides revenues for the development of production and services. The financial market is virtually the capital market, in particular its long-term segment, and in a market economy is a means to attract finance and investments in the real economy.
